We use Royalmail, DPD (UK) & Parcel Force for all UK/Domestic items. When your order has been picked and packed, your goods are shipped by RoyalMail / DPD (UK) / Parcelforce. Some of these services require a signature from you, the customer (or authorised person on your behalf).
You should inspect the parcel at the time of delivery to ensure that it has not been damaged in transit and refer you to the terms and conditions. By placing an order with us, you are accepting these conditions of carriage.

Terms of Delivery
Bedazzled LED Lighting Ltd will not be responsible for any loss whatsoever in the event of late delivery of goods. Late delivery will not be accepted as a breach of contract.
Cut-off for next day delivery is before 12pm midday (noon) on a working day to receive it the following working day.
- Once payment has been processed we aim to ship all orders within three (3) working days of receipt.
- Goods are delivered Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. Saturday deliveries are available to some areas at extra cost, please enquire for details.
- If you require a delivery outside the UK mainland please contact us first, we are happy to quote for delivery to any address.
- Please note that we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is not secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible.
- International orders are subject to local taxed and fees.
