If you place your order before 1pm, Monday to Friday, your order should normally be processed and shipped that day. If you place your order at the weekend, a public holiday or outside those hours it will be processed on the next working day.
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours, however, if your order cannot be completed within 2 working days, we will try to notify you by email and given the opportunity to accept part shipment (if applicable) or to wait for completion of order. Some items are manufactured to order and may take up to 14 days, you will be notified of the expected delivery timescale by email within 48 hours.
